Heart & Skill Calendar 2008

These events are designed specifically for those invovled in worship (Band / Visuals / Sound) within the church, unless otherwise stated.  

 

Prayer Breakfast - every first Saturday of the month, 9:30am to 10:30am @ venue TBC.  Next on is Saturday 3rd May @ venue TBC.


Matt Turrigiano (Heart) - Sunday 27th April, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Ruth Courtney's house (Pound Lane, Sonning).  Lunch provided. 

Training (Skill) - Sunday 25th May, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Bulmershe Leisure Centre.  Lunch provided.  For PA, AV and something for bands. 

Outreach (Heart) - Sunday 22nd June.  More details to follow on how the worship teams can be invovled in the run up to and on the day of the Church outreach event.

Session - Sunday 6th July, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Ruth Courtney's house (Pound Lane, Sonning).  Lunch provided.  More details to follow.

Worship Central (Heart & Skill) - Saturday 12th July, 11:00am to 8:30pm @ Westminster Central Hall, London (Joint initiative with Soul Survivor and Alpha International).  The "bring your pastor special" with Brian Doerkson, Bishop Sandy Millar, Nicky Gumbel and many others.  OPEN TO ALL CHURCH

Soical - Sunday 10th August, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Venue TBC.  Will include lunch

Session - Sunday 21st September, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Ruth Courtney's house (Pound Lane, Sonning).  Lunch provided.  More details to follow.

Worship Retreat (Heart) - Friday 3rd to Saturday 4th October @ St Kathryn's.  Bands only.  More details to follow.

Session - Sunday 16th November, 1:30pm to 4:00pm @ Ruth Courtney's house (Pound Lane, Sonning).  Lunch provided.  More details to follow.

Late Christmas Social - Friday 16th January 2009 @ Ruth Courtney's house (Pound Lane, Sonning).  More details to follow.

 


We will also have some specific instrument workshops - more details to follow.
